All BOEMOS products are subject to the following supplying and payment conditions. The selling conditions are available for everyone at https://www.boemos.it.
BOEMOS will send a written copy of the selling conditions to every buyer who asks for it.
When placing an order, buyers accept the BOEMOS delivery and payment conditions. BOEMOS reserves the right to modify its own supplying and/or payment conditions from time to time.
If a buyer receives a product that he or she did not order, he or she must tell BOEMOS as soon as possible. In that case, the buyer will ship the product back, after specific instructions from BOEMOS. BOEMOS will cover the delivery charges and subsequently ship the right product to the buyer.
Delivery charges for Italy and the EU members are free, whereas it costs € 40,00 for the rest of the world.
BOEMOS offers the following methods of safe payments:
– Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro,): while processing the order, the buyer has to insert the credit card number and its expiration date. Moreover, the buyer has to make sure to insert the exact name as shown on the credit card. Subsequently the payment authorization process starts, and it will be comunicated to the buyer whether the payment has been approved or not.
– Bank Transfer
For the deliveries, BOEMOS uses express delivery couriers, such as UPS and DHL.
BOEMOS tries in every way to deliver the ordered product to the selected address within the delivery deadlines. The buyer takes on the responsability of inserting a correct delivery address. If something goes wrong with the shipment, because of a wrong address (specifying that it’s the buyer’s fault), BOEMOS will not be held responsable for losing (partially) the package. If BOEMOS needs further information regarding a delivery address, the buyer can be contacted by BOEMOS, that will demand further information. If further information regarding a delivery address are needed, the delivery may be delayed.
All the shipment details (shipment days, delivery times during working days, shipment dates, etc), mentioned on the website, must be considered as approximate and not definitive or guaranteed.
If a product, that has already been delivered, is damaged or incomplete, the buyer has to tell BOEMOS customer service as soon as possibile (within 24 hours from receiving the package) through e-mail (or through the “contact” page on the BOEMOS website). BOEMOS will make sure to fix the problem. Clients need to inform BOEMOS every time the cases mentioned above occur, and wait for the BOEMOS customer service to provide information about what to do. If a client decides to return a product at his or her own expenses, during one of the cases mentioned above, without contacting the customer service first and without waiting for further instructions, he or she won’t be able to ask for any refund to BOEMOS (and BOEMOS already denies any responsability for any possible shipment placed to return a product without BOEMOS authorization).
If an order, that’s alreay been shipped or about to, from BOEMOS to the buyer, gets lots or is gone, a complaints procedure will be initiated to the courier. The same procedure will happen if the buyer claims that he or she never got the package (despite the shipment monitoring data or the courier information show the opposite). Before getting any kind of refund or carrying out a new shipment, it will be necessary to wait for the results of the procedure mentioned above. The buyer has to be fully cooperative during the complaints procedure to the courier. If a package is lost because of an error made by the courier (and once the complaints procedure is complete), BOEMOS will make a refund for the client or will try to ship the package again.
If a package doesn’t get to the buyer’s address (or to a pick up point) within 14 days from the shipment date, the buyer has to tell BOEMOS customer service through e-mail within 14 days (therefore not later than 28 days from the shipment date).
Although BOEMOS always tries to meet the expected delivery deadlines, it denies right now any responsability for any possible delay in delivering an order.
TERMINATION AND IMPORT DUTIES
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract and give the ordered product back, within 14 days from its delivery without specifying the causes (the only exception occurs when a product is damaged or incomplete, in which case the buyer has to give notice to BOEMOS customer service through e-mail, and wait for further instructions). Moreover, the buyer has the right to tell BOEMOS his or her decision to give the product back within 14 days from its delivery, without specifying the causes (the only exception occurs when a product is damaged or incomplete, see above). In that case, the buyer has to give the product back, within 14 days after giving notice to BOEMOS.

The delivery charges for the restitution of a product shall be borne by the buyer. Any amount related to the purchase of a returned product, will be credited on the bank account used by the buyer in order to make the payment for the original order.
If the buyer wants to enjoy the right regarding the termination of the contract, and cancel the order when the product has already been shipped (which usually occurs during the working days right after the order has been placed), the expense for returing the product back to the BOEMOS warehous shall be born by the buyer, although the product has not been delivered yet. If any import duties, taxes, or administration costs are imposed, because the product has already been imported into the country selected by the buyer (a procedure that in most cases cannot be stopped once the shipment towards the country selected by the buyer has started), all these costs shall be born by the buyer. When crediting the amount for the buyer, BOEMOS will deduct all the import duties, taxes or administration costs, that had been potentially charged to BOEMOS (as the shipping sender).
All the agreements and legal relationships concluded between BOEMOS and the buyer, are subjected to the italian laws, regardless of the country that the buyer placed the order from, and the destination country. In case of disputes between BOEMOS and the buyer, the only court in charge is the one in Rome.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDERED GOODS TO ARRIVE?
The orders within Italy are expected to arrive in 2 working days, and maximum in 5 working days. The international orders are expected to arrive in 3-6 working days. Delivery times depend on the country and location. It might take longer for an order shipped to a countryside location, rather than New York (that is close to an UPS air hub). During working days, the expected delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

As soon as an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
The expected delivery times are specified in “working days”, therefore weekends and national holidays should not be considered.

No, unfortunately it’s not possible. The warehouse is not open to the public.
